I am looking to purchase a Hoshizaki machine for my restaurant and was leaning toward a KML-250L. I'm a little confused by their ice cube selections. What kind of cubes does this model make?

Crescent Cubes

This particular model produces Hoshizaki's unique crescent shape cubes. You may consider them for your restaurant needs as the crescent shaped cube's increased water displacement means less drink in the cup and higher drink profits. The crescent cubes also allow better water flow when being poured into your customers' cups, producing little to no splash or waste.
