I wish to inform this forum about something new: a shot glass made out of ice!

It is growing in popularity in Europe, and has raised eyebrows in the US as well...

It's really fun...! After you have drank your shot, you can .. eat the glass, too!

Ice holds for enough time to consume the drink (up to 5 minutes!), and it is really something I can see being held in front of the beautiful ... "view" of the ladies that offer shot drinks in clubs and bars vs those ugly "test tubes" ...

And the ice shots melt leaving no danger if and when dropped on lawns and in swimming pools, not to mention beach clubs...

They come from a self-contained ice maker, under-counter, with a dual function (ice shots and full size, pure and massive ice cubes).

Not bad at all ...

To hold the ice shot-glass in your hands? not a problem: there is a groove under the base where you can place your middle finger and have the shot glass rest while you get ready to gulp the drink down.

Or you can use paper clips, waxed paper ... or beautiful bamboo-cane ice shot glass holders, or even branded plastic holders, or plastic clips, or ....
