Air or Water cooled Q-130?

We have been looking at a Manitowoc Q-130 Series Under Counter Ice Maker. We have one question... what is the difference and the advantage of the air or water cooled models.

Cooling Method

99% of the time you want an air cooled machine. The only reasons you want water cooled are if you don't pay for your water or if you are placing the ice maker in a room with no air circulation. The water cooled will result in quieter operation but because of the waste water is more expensive to operate.
