I am looking to buy an ice machine for my garage and looking at the brands Manitowoc and Hoshizaki. Which is the best for outdoor use, it get hot in TN. I keep a fan on in the garage. I have a scotsman dce23 and when it get hot the unit will not produce enought ice.
